Registration is required for all ERES Conference participants and accompanying persons. If no author of a specific entry has been registered (and paid), the accepted submission will not be incluced in the program.

* To be eligible for the PhD student fee a letter confirming full time studies signed by the university must be submitted to the conference secretariat.

Cancellation and Refund Policies
Cancellations must be made in writing to eres2016@interplan.de
Refunds will be approved after the conference as follows: Cancellations received before 1st May 2016: payment will be refunded less €75 administration costs Cancellations received after 1st May 2016: no refund.
