JPIF - Special Issue - German Real Estate

The Journal of Property Investment & Finance is pleased to announce an advance call for papers in association with ERES 2016 on the topic of German Real Estate

Suggested areas of study are:

• Changes in commercial Real Estate Market dynamics in Germany
• The impact of the collapse of Lehman Brothers in 2008
• Risk and Bank lending on commercial real estate in Germany
• German Valuation models and pricing to market
• Changes to investment strategies for German open-ended and closed-ended funds

This list is not exhaustive and interested authors are encouraged to contact the guest editor with alternative proposals.

• The content of the paper must conform to the terms of reference of the Journal of Property Investment & Finance
• All papers submitted will be subject to the normal double blind refereeing process undertaken by the journal
• Submitted papers must not be under review by any other journal
• Papers should have a strong focus on Commercial Real Estate but that can include income producing residential properties. Articles must be analytic and rigorous, not merely descriptive.
