The ERES annual conference is the leading real estate research meeting in Europe and one of the largest property-related conferences worldwide. In June 2016 we hope to welcome you to the 23rd annual conference in Regensburg, Germany!
The conference promises researchers and decision-makers from both academia and practice around the world, a pleasant and intellectually stimulating environment, namely the UNESCO World Heritage of Regensburg.
Because of the city´s unique status as "the only authentically preserved large medieval city in Germany", the Historic City of Regensburg with Stadtamhof was designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2006. And deservedly so! The authentic Historic city ensemble is unique, featuring a remarkably large number of historical buildings within a relatively small area. The architecture spans centuries, in fact millennia. Regensburg is situated on the northernmost part of the Danube River in Bavaria, in southeast Germany.
